Answer: We provide Standard A-B Chauffeur Services charged by time and distance, Luxury Airport Transfers, Wedding Car Hire Chauffeurs, Prom Car Hire Chauffeurs, Day Chauffeur Hire, Hourly Chauffeur Hire, Music Event Chauffeurs, Sports Event Chauffeurs, Film, TV and Media Chauffeurs.

Answer: Our choice of vehicles are Executive Mercedes E Class Estates, Luxury Mercedes V Class People Carriers and Mercedes S Class. On request we can also source Jaguar, Bentley and Rolls Royce Ghost & Phantom vehicles.

Answer: No, not at all. Most of our work is in and of Manchester to any destination in the UK. Our chauffeur services are available from Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Saddleworth, High Peak, Halifax, Bradford, Leeds, Harrogate, Wakefield, Sheffield, York and many more locations.

Answer: Yes we can provide our chauffeur service in Manchester and Manchester Airport by the hour, half day and full day hire. Your chauffeur can be booked for a standard A-B journey or as directed service but also for hourly chauffeur hire, half day hire and full day chauffeur hire. Weekly chauffeur hire is also available for longer assignments. Charges are dependant on type of vehicle and distance to be travelled. We require a minimum hire of 4 hours for the hourly chauffeur hire.

Answer: Of course you can we are very flexible and only ask that you cancel no later 72 hours before your chauffeur hire is due to commence and we will issue a refund minus any processing fees incurred for the transaction. Or if you prefer we can leave a credit on your account until the next time you book with us.

Answer: For Online bookings you will usually receive an email within 60 minutes to confirm your booking has been sent to us and is awaiting approval. We normally confirm bookings within 24 hours via email.

Answer: Your chauffeur service booking is confirmed via email and a separate email with a payment link to our secure payment platform will arrive for you to pay by debit, credit or charge card. We also accept payment via BACS transfer.

Answer: Yes we can provide a corporate account using our online booking portal. Once registered you will receive a user name and password for you to use via our my account login page or link.

Answer: Gratuity is not expected by our chauffeurs but is welcome. If you feel the chauffeur has satisfied or exceeded your expectations you are welcome to tip the driver directly.

Answer: Our chauffeurs are flexible and will adapt to your requirements. You will be advised if there will be an additional charge for amending by the driver and this can be paid to the driver or paid after your transfer directly to us via card or bags on invoice.

Answer: Our Airport Chauffeur Transfer Service and Executive Taxi Transfer Service includes a Meet & Greet Service when you arrive at the Airport. Your flight will be monitored on your arrival back to the UK using a flight tracker and your chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals with a printed sign or iPad displaying your name or company name 20 mins after landing. If you only have hand luggage please advise us of this on booking and your chauffeur will be waiting for you 10 mins after landing time.

Answer: Flight arrivals into the UK are monitored online using flight trackers so we usually know beforehand if your flight is delayed or late. You do not need to worry were professionals.

Answer: For Airport Transfers we allow free waiting time of 1 hour 15 minutes from the point of landing. For all other Chauffeur Transfers we will allow an extra 15 minutes free waiting time after the time your booking is to begin. Our waiting time is charged at our discretion at following rates – £10 per 15 minutes and charged in full after every 15 minute increments. This is in addition to any increased parking charges.

Answer: Your privacy and anonymity is assured our chauffeurs have signed confidentiality agreements with us – what is said or where you have been is confidential to you.

Answer: We maintain our vehicles to the highest standard in the unlikely event your chauffeur vehicle has a breakdown all vehicles have roadside assistance. We will endeavour to arrange a replacement vehicle to transport you to your destination. If for any reason we are unable to do so in a vehicle of chauffeur standard we reserve the right to arrange transport via taxi at no cost to you.

Answer: Once your journey is complete you will receive an email to confirm and a link is available for you to leave a review. You are welcome to leave a review through our website and we would prefer reviews on the Google Review Platform.
