Our Choice of Mercedes vehicles are — Luxury Mercedes E Class and Luxury Mercedes S Class Limousines.

We recognize that locating a trustworthy chauffeur service in your immediate vicinity isn't always a simple task. That's why we're willing to travel anywhere in the UK, although we do charge for the time our vehicles are empty during travel.

Yes we provide an hourly chauffeur service in Manchester and at Manchester Airport. Vehicles can be booked for a minimum of 5 hours with capped mileage and are mainly used for local travel not long distance.

Of course you can we are very flexible and only ask that you cancel no later than 72 hours before your chauffeur hire is due to commence and we will issue a refund minus 10 % to cover admin and processing fees.

For online quotes you will usually receive an email within60 minutes to confirm your quote request has been sent to us. We normally send quotes within 24 hours via email.

If you decide to proceed your booking is confirmed via email and will include a link to our secure payment platform to make payment for your reservation. You can make payment by debit, credit or charge card including Amex.

Gratuity is not expected by our chauffeurs but is welcome. If you feel the chauffeur has satisfied or exceeded your expectations you are welcome to tip the chauffeur directly.

Our chauffeurs are flexible and will adapt to your requirements. We store your card details so if any extra charges are incurred we will take payment at the end of your hire.

Our luxury airport transfers provide a Meet & Greet Service when you arrive at the Airport. Your flight will be monitored on your arrival back to the UK using a flight tracker and your chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals with a printed sign or iPad displaying your name or company name 15-20 mins after landing. If you only have hand luggage please advise us of this on booking and your chauffeur will be waiting for you 10 mins after landing time.

Flight arrivals into the UK are monitored online using flight trackers so we usually know beforehand if your flight is delayed or late. If your flight is cancelled or you miss it please conatct us asap.

For Airport Transfers we allow free waiting time of 1 hour 15 minutes from the point of landing. For all other Chauffeur Transfers we will allow an extra 15 minutes free waiting time after the time your booking is to begin.
